As communities age, wood-framed decks need maintenance or replacement. We work with the BOD and PM to strategize full-community replacement of decks and stairs. We maintain or install new paving-stone patios. We also repair spalling concrete patios with epoxy coatings, or with full replacement.

Add value to resident's lives by installing a court-yard gazebo or pergola. Keep land in place with retaining walls of wood or concrete. We build gated garbage enclosures to keep waste in its place.

We replace and install new walkways of various materials including, concrete, stamped concrete, exposed aggregate, paving stone, asphalt, and crushed rock.

We replace windows and doors in entire communities or for individual units. We're not married to one supplier or manufacturer, so we choose the best window or door for the building.
