In one community, front door steps were showing their age and didn’t meet building code.  Loose handrails, sagging and uneven stairs as well as frost heaved and sunken concrete walkways created slip and trip hazards for residents.  On this project we replaced aging staircases, customized to accommodate various slopes on concrete walkways as well as different porch heights.  Concrete walkways were lifted or replaced.  Built stronger than the original, these new stairs will have a longer lifespan and provide safe entryways.

All of this work was done in a way that minimized inconvenience for residents.  Steps were fabricated at our facility and we replaced every set of stairs immediately after removing the old steps.
